Greenstock may only be sold by NGIQ/NGIA members. All products, produce and greenstock must be sold at fair retail prices. No retail activity is permitted on display sites.
 
PREFERRED RETAIL SITE
 
(First site preference will be allocated wherever possible however, QGE reserves the right to nominate specific areas or re-allocate sites in consultation with the exhibitor)

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
 
All Exhibitors MUST insure their exhibition site areas for public risk liability for a minumum of $10 million. Your insurance should be effective from the first day of bump-in to the final day of 'bump-out' being Tuesday 3 July 2012 to Monday 9 July 2012.

EXHIBITOR PASSES
 
Exhibitor Passes will be available for collection from the Expo Info Office at the Nambour Showgrounds from 3rd July, 2012.
Please ensure all staff on your site are wearing their passes when they arrive at the gates or a non-refundably entry fee will be charged.
Included in your site fee are a number of free passes based on the total cost of your site:
$000 to $400 ..... 2 Passes incl. in site fee
$401 to $800 ..... 4 Passes incl. in site fee
$801 and over ..... 6 Passes incl. in site fee
A limited number of additional Exhibitor Passes are also available for $10 ea (valid for 3 days)

EXHIBITOR CAR PARKING
 
For parking in the Exhibitor Car Park within the grounds. 1 FREE CAR PASS IS INCLUDED PER SITE BOOKED.

PAYMENT DETAILS
 

A deposit of $150 is required to secure your site at the Qld Garden Expo. You will be invoiced for the balance of your site fee thereafter.
Your site booking is not fully confirmed until your deposit is received.
Your site fee must be paid in FULL by June 1, 2012.

Early Payment Discount
A 5% discount off the site fee component of your account (this does not include other items like hay, electricity or car passes etc) is offered to site holders. In order to receive this EARLYBIRD discount YOU MUST PAY YOUR TOTAL ACCOUNT BY 30TH APRIL 2012. This will be shown on your Tax Invoice.
